Noble has a very charismatic way of turning a meal into a dining experience. Talk about curated dishes that will take you for a rewarding ride. Looking forward to my next visit. (The short Rib is to die for)

Excellent service. Amazing good. Rib eye two way, the passion fruit dessert, the sweet corn dessert, cod croquettes, ceviche and the pork belly were all incredible. The pineapple cocktail was fantastic. And big thank you to Trevor for being an incredible host. This will be our favorite spot whenever visiting Syracuse. Thank you!!! 5 stars. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Food, service and atmosphere are superb. One of my favorite places to dine in Syracuse. All the staff are friendly, knowledgeable about the food and drink they offer, and help you find the best fit for your taste buds. Everything tastes amazing. Absolutely amazing.

Noble Cellar is a dining experience like no other in Syracuse. Food is high quality, service is thoughtful, never rushed. It is one of my favorite restaurants ever. We enjoyed the charcuterie to start. The attention to detail of their wine and drink menu is outstanding. Their mocktails are even incredible. We had duck and sea bass for entrees. The sea bass was exceptional. Dessert was a highlight. The chocolate olive oil cake was one of the best desserts I’ve had. It is just a beautiful dining experience from start to finish.

We excitedly made reservations for 5:30 PM tonight to have an early Valentine’s dinner at Noble Cellar. We arrived 10 minutes early and were promptly greeted and then quickly seated by our smiling and personable hostess.
During our one hour and 45 minute visit, we were greeted and informed by our waiter (Anthony), support staff, a wine associate, and a Sommelier. Each of them were friendly and knowledgeable. For an appetizer, we started with a spaghetti squash latke, which had amazing texture and flavor. For our entrees, we ordered the red snapper and the halibut. Each had delicious sides that were beautifully prepared and presented on our plates. The flavor and preparation of the entrées and their sides were impeccable.
Our knowledgeable Sommelier recommended a crisp Sauvignon Blanc and a robust Cabernet Sauvignon from their extensive and award-winning wine list.
It should be noted that Noble Cellar is located in the former Wesleyan Methodist Church, which is adjacent to Columbus Circle. The historic church was part of the Underground Railroad and Abolitionist movement.
We are very lucky to have such a first class, fine dining and award-winning restaurant here in Syracuse. We both remarked to each other towards the end of our meal about how excited we were to plan to return to this outstanding restaurant in the near future!

Our server Aaron was incredible. Best service I have ever had in Syracuse. The sommelier chef de vin was to die for. Everything was perfection. Perfect way to catch up with a girlfriend I haven’t seen in a couple years. I will be back again.

Loved it! It was definitely recognized by The Who’s who in town as the place to go. Worth the effort to get a reservation. Sat at the bar but it was perfect. Book well in advance if you want to reserve a table. The bartenders were awesome and made the experience delightful. The sea bass was cooked to perfection. Exactly how it should be prepared. The mushroom dish was amazing but it may be a little salty for some.
Gotta try the olive oil cake. Incredible.

From start to finish, dining at Noble Cellar was nothing short of exceptional. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance between elegance and warmth, cozy yet vibrant, with an undeniable charm that sets the stage for a memorable evening.
The service was simply outstanding. Every interaction felt genuine and personable, with clear attention to detail and a level of care that made us feel truly welcomed. You can tell the staff put their hearts into creating an experience, not just a meal.
The food was an adventure on every plate. Each dish was beautifully presented, bursting with creativity, and layered with flavors that kept surprising us. From the artful appetizers to the perfectly executed mains, everything reflected craftsmanship and passion. Desserts were equally remarkable playful, delicate, and absolutely delicious. The “Happy Birthday” touch on the plate was such a thoughtful gesture, making the celebration even more special.
The cocktails were crafted with the same love and creativity balanced, refreshing, and visually stunning. They elevated the entire experience and paired seamlessly with the meal.
What stood out most was the attention to love and care throughout the evening. Nothing felt rushed or mechanical; instead, it was clear that each detail, whether it was the plating, the service, or the overall atmosphere was thoughtfully designed to create something unforgettable.
Noble Cellar is more than just a restaurant; it’s an experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place that combines impeccable service, incredible food, and an atmosphere that feels both celebratory and intimate. We left with full hearts (and full stomachs), already planning our next visit.

Excellent atmosphere marvelous service with an out of this world food. This is the second time getting there but totally different and worth it. The change in good is outstanding. The team which took care of us was great but specially Aiden was very knowledgeable in presenting the food with awesome details not just reciting a lesson or a poem. Everyone was very professional and helpful. We should come more often to enjoy again and again. Good job to entire team

10/10 from start to finish. Came here for our anniversary dinner, received a complimentary champagne which was such a nice touch. They even had a nonalcoholic champagne for my husband who doesn’t drink. The dishes are totally perfect on their own. Seasoned, cooked, everything is so thoughtfully curated and executed. The service is outstanding too. This is my new favorite place in Syracuse! Can’t wait to come back.
